NUSANTARA, (TransMadura.com) – Direktorat Tindak Pidana Narkoba Bareskrim Polri dan Satgassus Polri berhasil mengungkap peredaran narkotika jenis Sabu seberat 2,5 ton asal jaringan Internasional Timur Tengah, Malaysia dan Indonesia.
Kapolri Jenderal Listyo Sigit Prabowo menyatakan, bahwa pengungkapkan itu berasal dari tiga lokasi yang berbeda. Pertama di Parkiran Ali Kopi Lampaseh Kota, Kuta Raja, Kota Banda Aceh dan Pantai Lambada Lhok, Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Dalam hal ini, aparat mengamankan barang bukti seberat 1.278 Kilogram.
TKP kedua, berada di Lorong Kemakmuran, Kecamatan, Meureubo, Kabupaten, Aceh Barat, Provinsi Nangroe Aceh
Darussalam, dengan barang bukti seberat 1.267 Kilogram. Lalu, TKP ketiga Pertokoan Daan Mogot, Jalan Tampak Siring Jakarta Barat.
“Kami ungkap kurang lebih 2,5 ton narkoba sabu asal Timur Tengah, Malaysia yang masuk ke Indonesia,” kata Sigit dalam jumpa pers di Lapangan Bhayangkara, Rabu (28/4).
Sigit mengungkapkan, pada pengungkapan tersebut, aparat menangkap 18 orang tersangka, dengan rincian 17 diantaranya Warga Negara Indonesia (WNI) dan satu Warga Negara Asing (WNA) Nigeria. Bahkan, salah satunya harus diberikan tindakan tegas dan terukur atau tembak mati.
Adapun peran dari tersangka tersebut, yakni, tujuh orang sebagai jaringan pengendali. Mereka adalah S, AAM, KNK, AW, HG, A, dan MI.
Lalu, delapan orang sebagai jaringan transporter yaitu, M, MN,
FR, MD, B, UI, R, dan AMF. Dan tiga orang sebagai jaringan pemesan OL, AL, dan SL.
“Tersangka KNK, AW, HG, A, MI, dan AL merupakan terpidana di lapas dengan hukuman diatas 10 tahun dan hukuman mati. Namun mereka masih bisa menjadi pengendali jaringan narkotika internasional,” ujar Sigit.
Sigit menuturkan, 2,5 ton sabu tersebut hasilnya mencapai Rp1,2 triliun. Sementara, hasil pengungkapan barang haram itu setidaknya ada 10,1 juta jiwa yang terselematkan.
“Kalau dari sisi bahayanya maka dengan kani amankan 2,5 ton narkoba kami amankan masyarakat 10,1 juta jiwa, yang tentunya bisa diselamatkan dari potensi bahaya narkoba ini,” tutur Sigit.
Atas perbuatannya, para tersangka dijerat dengan Pasal 114 ayat (2) subsidair Pasal 112 ayat (2) jo subsidiar Pasal 115 ayat (2) jo Pasal 132 ayat (1) UU Nomor 35 tahun 2009.
