LAKI Jatim, Resmi Laporkan Tambang Batuan Galian C Ilegal di Sumenep

SUMENEP, (TransMadura.com) –
Polemik penambangan batuan (galian c) di Kabupaten Sumenep, resmi buat lapoaran pengaduan ke Gubernur Jawa Timur, Dra Khofifah Indar Parawansa. Pasalnya, laporan penambangan galian c di bumi Sumekar ini dilakukan secara ilegal yang tidak mengantongi izin.

Sesuai surat laporan pengaduan itu, dengan nomor 009/LK.JWTMR/III/2021 terkait tambang ilegal tertanggal 22 Maret 2021.

“Kami Laskar Anti Korupsi (Laki) Jawa Timur, melayangkan surat laporan pengaduan ke Gubernur Jatim terkait aktifitas tambang ilegal galian c di Sumenep yang tersebar di beberapa titik,” kata Bagus Junaidi, Ketua DPD Laki Jawa Timur.

Dia menuturkan, dari hasil serangkaian investigasi dengan kajian terhadap aktifitas penambangan batuan (galian c) yang tersebar di beberapa titik wilayah kabupaten Sumenep.

“Kami menduga aktifitas itu, tidak memiliki izin usaha pertambangan (WIUP) maupun izin usaha pertambangan (IUP) yang sudah diatur dalam UU no 4 tahun 2009 dan PP no 23 tahun 2010,” ungkapnya.

Sehingga, pihaknya memastikan, secara kajian adanya penambangan batuan galian c itu benar benar merusak ekologi dan alam secara massif berpotensi merusak ekosistem dan salah satu agrowisata kebun jeruk di wilayah Sumenep.

“itu sangat merugikan kepada negara dari sektor pajak, dalam pengoperasian tambang ilegal telah tidak memberikan pajak baik PPh, PPn maupun dalam proses pemasukan negara non pajak dari proses pengurusan perizinan,” jelasnya.

Sehingga, dalam hal ini, dirinya meminta secara tegas untuk menutup tambang galian c tersebut, yang berdampak kerusakan lingkungan dan agrowisata.

“Surat laporan itu, tembusan kementerian ESDM RI Jakarta dan Bupati Sumenep,” ujarnya.

Pihaknya menegaskan, setelah ini, akan mendaklanjuti tindak pidananya, yang telah melakukan kerugian negara dan penambangan galian c secara ilegal. “Untuk tindak pidananya setelah laporan pengaduan ini,” tegasnya.

Sementara, tambang galian c beroperasi secara ilegal titik wilayah, yakni, Kecamatan Batuputih, Kecamatan Batuan, Manding, Kecamatan Rubaru, dan yang lainnya.

“Sementara itu saja yang kami tau berpotensi tambang batuan galian c di Sumenep,” tutupnya.
