SUMENEP, (TransMadura.com) – Pelaksanaan Pemilihan Antar Waktu (PAW) Kepala Desa Pancor Kecamatan Gayam, Kabupaten Sumenep, tinggal 5 hari lagi, jatuh pada tanggal (15/3/2021).
Namun, dalam pelaksanaa PAW itu, kabarnya, sampai saat ini panitia belum menerima anggaran biaya dari pemerintah desa (pemdes).
“Iya benar sekali, panitia sampai saat ini masih berpuasa, bahkan menggunakan dana pribadi untuk wira – wiri melanjutkan tahapan, ” Kata Ketua Panitia PAW Kades Pancor, Nurul Saleh. Selesa, (09/03/2021)
Ia mengaku, saat ini sudah memasuki tahapan ke 12 yaitu Musyawarah Dusun tentang penentuan keterwakilan pemilih.
“Kami panitia meloncati satu tahapan yang sangat urgensional yaitu tahapan persetujuan anggaran dari pemerintah desa, ” Imbuhnya.
Nurul juga mengaku, bahwa pantia sudah mengajukan anggaran terhadap pemdes. Namun menurutnya, sampai saat ini panitia hanya selalu dijanji – janjikan oleh pemerintah desa, bahkan sejak awal panitia sudah diminta oleh Bendahara desa untuk membuat rekening .
“Kami panitia disuruh membuat rekening pada bulan januari, namun sampai saat ini bendahara dihubungin selalu mengelak – ngelak, rekening panitiapun masih saldo nol rupiah,” ujarnya.
Terpisah, Sekretaris Panitia, Hasan Al Hakiki membenarkan apa yang disampaikan oleh ketua, ia juga mengaku bahwa sampai saat ini pantia masih terlalu sabar untuk melanjutkan tahapan demi keberlangsungan pesta demokrasi Pancor.
“Pemerintah Desa mengangkat kami, tapi tidak mau bertanggung jawab, janji – janji palsunya hanya terlihat bising ditelinga,” Katanya.
Lanjut, Mantan Aktivis PMII itu juga menambahkan bahwa pihaknya akan tetap melaksanakan tahapan Musyawarah Desa dengan mengumpulkan bahan seadanya yang ada di Panitia.
“kami panitia sudah bersepakat nanti pelaksanaan musdes kami mengumpulkan kertas bekas untuk kebutuhan surat suara dan berita acara, bahkan kertasnya sudah di print bolak – balik bekas undangan,” tandasnya.
Lanjut Kiki dalam pengakuannya, panitia sudah melakukan rapat koordinasi tentang anggaran dengan pemdes lebih dari lima kali, namun nahasnya sampai saat ini pemdes tidak bisa berbuat apa-apa.
Bakan ia menegaskan sampai saat ini pantia tidak mengetahui berapa anggaran yang akan diturunkan untuk pelaksanaan PAW.
“Aneh sekali, Desa yang kaya seperti Pancor tidak mampu menyediakan anggaran untuk agenda PAW yang hanya butuh berapa juta ini,” Jelasnya.
Langkah terakhir, Pantia mengaku akan melakukan galang dana kepada Masyarakat Pulau Sapudi untuk kebutuhan Musayawarah Desa PAW Kades Pancor.
