Sidang perdata perkara sengketa tanah milik Supatmi di Pengadilan Negeri (PN) Sampang, Madura, Jawa Timur, yang diduga di serobot oleh salah satu pengusaha di Desa Ketapang, Kecamatan Ketapang, terus bergulir.
Sidang kali ini, adalah sidang yang ke 15 kalinya, dengan menghadirakan dua saksi dari pihak tergugat, yakni warga asal Desa Ketapang.
Selain itu juga, tergugat menghadirkan saksi,bernama Feri sebagai notaris dan Munawi bagian Montir. Sehingga keduanya sama-sama asal warga Ketapang Sampang.
Hasil pantauan media, keterangan saksi dalam sidang tersebut, disampaikan bahwa, transaksi jual beli tanah, antara Sukiman hartanto dan H.Faris terjadi pada tahun 2011.
“Tahun 2011 memang ada transaksi jual beli tanah antara Sukiman hartanto dan H.Faris pemilik sertifikat”,
Sementara, Kuasa Hukum Penggugat (Supatmi) Ach. Dlofilur Anam, S.HI, M.H mengatakan, Dari dua saksi tersebut, Tergugat 1 yang sama sekali tidak ada relevasinya dengan status sengketa tanah yang di gugat oleh penggugat. “Mereka hanya berorientasi dengan akte jual beli saja dan 2 saksi tersebut tidak tau asal usul tanah itu,” katanya.
Sehingga, team Kuasa Hukum punya penilaian dan sangat berkeyakinan, dua orang saksi yang diajukan oleh kuasa hukum tergugat. “Ini malah mendukung terhadap penggugat” kata Kuasa Hukum Dlofilur.
Ketua Majelis Hakim Afrizal,SH, MH mengatakan, bahwa persidangan ini merupakan tahap pemeriksaan bukti bukti, untuk sementara ini pihaknya tidak bisa mengomentari.
“Saat ini kami belum bisa mengomentari apa yang terjadi ketika melakukan pemeriksaan saksi saksi, karena kami masih belum melakukan musyawarah. “Jadi saksi itu, ya apa yang di sajikan oleh para pihak saja” kata Ketua Majelis Hakim.
