“Nama Rumah Sakit di Kangean itu bukan nama orang, pengertian nama itu bukan nama Bupati Sumenep, ini persepsi orang, jangan langsung bilang melanggar,” kata Kepala Bidang Sumber Daya Kesehatan (Kabid SDK), Nur Insan yang merangkap Bidang Yankes (Pelayanan Kesehatan) Dinkes Sumenep .
Dia memaparkan nama “Abuya” yang selalu di persoalan dan dinilai melanggar permenkes. Padahal Permenkes no 3 tahun 2020 memang sudah jelas tidak boleh memakai nama orang. “Nama Buya bukan nama orang, tapi sebutan gelar atau sapaan bagi orang tua,” ungkapnya.
Sehingga, rumah sakit yang pertama atu tertua di pulau kangean itu. “Jangan salah mengartikan, bukan nama Bupati. Bupati Sumenep namanya kan Busyro Karim, bukan Abuya, Istilah buya kerap diasosiakan dengan kiai di Jawa. Dan itu gelar, karena bupati sumenep dari kalangan kiai,” ungkapnya.
Sesuai pasal 54 Permenkes Nomor 3 tahun 2020 ditegaskan, pemberian nama rumah sakit dilarang menggunakan nama orang yang masih hidup, tapi harus memperhatikan nilai, normal agama, sosial budaya dan etika.
Perlu diketahui, Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah RSUD di pulau kangean dan yang pertama kali dibangun sejak kepemimpinan Bupati A Busyro Karim dan Wakil Bupati Achmad Fauzi.
Rumah sakit umum dengan anggaran APBD Sumenep itu, sejak dulu yang diharapakan masyarakat kepulauan. Sehingga, kehadiran rumah sakit umum tersebut, sangat mendukung dalam pelayanan kesehatan di kepulauan, tidak harus susah susah menyeberang laut dirujuk ke RSUD dr Moh Anwar.
“Kehadiran RSUD di Pulau Kangean bagi kami sangat mendukung pelayanan masyarakat, makanya kita semua ikut serta bagaimana masyarakat kepulauan bisa terlayani dari semua aspek. Kalau hanya nama yang dipersoalkan saya kira kurang ngefek apalagi ,itu bukan nama orang,” tambah Bur Insan.
