Polres Pamekasan, Madura, Jawa Timur, ungkap kasus penyalahgunaan narkotika dalam waktu 23 hari sebanyak 9 kasus.
Sehingga, 13 pelaku sudah diamankan beserta barang bukti (BB) sebanyak 14,6 gram sabu, 25 butir ekstasi, dan 20 butir pil berlogo Y, handphone, alat hisap sabu, dompet, rokok dan sejumlah uang.
“Selama kurun waktu Kurang dari sebulan Satresnarkoba Polres Pamekasan telah berhasil menangkap dan mengamankan 13 pelaku dari 9 kasus penyalahgunaan narkoba di wilayah hukum Polres Pamekasan,” kata AKBP Apip Ginanjar S.I.K saat Konferensi pers. Kamis, (08/9/2020) kemarin.
Sehingga, lanjut Kapolres, untuk memerangi dan memberantas penyalahgunaan narkoba, pihaknya tetap akan melakukan berbagai upaya pencegahan baik preemtif dan preventif dengan cara menerjunkan langsung para personel Bhabinkamtibmas di setiap polsek jajaran agar memberikan edukasi kepada masyarakat dan para pemuda tentang bahayanya narkoba.
“Kedepannya kami akan terus melakukan penangkapan terhadap para pelaku tindak pidana penyalahgunaan narkoba,” ungkapnya.
Sementara, 13 pelaku terancam penerapan pasal 112 (1) sub 114 (1) dan 127 (1) UU No, 35 Th. 2009, tentang Narkotika dengan ancaman hukuman penjara minimal 5 tahun penjara, bahkan sampai seumur hidup.
