Md Selaku Pimpinan Apel Gelar Pasukan dalam sambutan diantaranya menyampaikan bahwa dengan masih adanya virus corona ini, maka mulai hari ini sampai kedepan akan melakukan penegakan hukum dan pendisiplinan sesuai protokol kesehatan secara terpadu/bersama – sama dengan melibatkan lebih banyak personel dan institusi/lembaga/organisasi diantaranya : anggota TNI, Polri, Pemda, Tokoh Masyarakat, Tokoh Agama, Ormas dan seluruh komponen masyarakat lainnya, sehingga diharapkan kegiatan tersebut efektif dan efisien, dapat menekan penyebaran Covid-19 khususnya di wilayah Kabupaten Sumenep.
