SUMENEP, (TransMadura.com) – Bupati Sumenep A. Busyro Karim meminta terhadap pemerintah desa menggunakan dana desa (DD) agar digunakan pada kegiatan pemberdayaan masyarakat dan peningkatan sumber daya manusia (SDM) sebagai penunjang kemajuan desa.
Hal itu disampakam dalam kegiatan bursa inovasi desa zona IV, di Pendopo Kecamatan Ambunten, Senin (2/9/2019).
“Pemerintah desa saat ini harus punya mindset membangun desa melalui kegiatan pemberdayaan masyarakat dan peningkatan SDM, karena selama ini kegiatan pembangunan desa masih banyak kegiatan yang berbentuk fisik saja,” ungkapnya saat sambutan.
Bupati mengatakan, pembangunan aspek SDM dan pemberdayaan masyarakat merupakan bentuk pembangunan jangka panjang yang akan berdampak besar terhadap kemajuan desa.
Apalagi saat ini, pemerintah pusat memfokuskan salah satu program prioritas utamanya adalah meningkatkan SDM, sebagai upaya memenuhi kebutuhan kesejahteraan ekonomi desa.
“Pemerintah pusat mengintruksikan terhadap desa untuk melakukan pembangunan SDM, sehingga nanti akan terwujud pembangunan jangka panjang, karena membangun desa tak cukup dengan kegiatan fisik,” kata Abuya Busyro,
Lebih lanjut, bupati berharap agar desa di empat kecamatan yang mengikuti kegiatan inovasi desa untuk dapat melahirkan potensi desa yang bernilai ekonomi sehingga dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat dan desa.
Diketahui, Pelaksanaan Bursa Inovasi Desa di Kecamatan Ambuten termasuk zona IV, meliputi Kecamatan Pasongsongan, Ambunten, Rubaru dan Kecamatan Dasuk. Peserta kegiatan itu sebanyak 250 orang, terdiri dari Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD), Camat, Kepala Desa, Ketua BPD, tokoh masyarakat, pendamping Desa, pendamping lokal desa dan tim pelaksana inovasi Desa.
