Bentrok antar dua massa (Kubu) warga Desa Aengbaja Kenek, Kecamatan Bluto, Sumenep, Madura, Jawa Timur, menjadi tegang, Rabu (28/8/2019).
Hal itu terjadi saat melakukan aksi dari massa pertama ke Sekretariat Panitia Pemilihan Kepala Desa (Pilkades) 2019 sejak tiga hari terakhir menolak bakal calon Kades dari luar desa.
“Lebih dari 200 warga yang menolak calon kades dari luar, dan sudah menduduki sekretariat panitia sejak hari Senin kemarin,” terang salah seorang warga, Lukman dari lokasi pada media ini.
Sedangkan kelompok kedua, jelas Lukman, adalah rombongan salah seorang pendukung bakal calon yang hendak mendaftarkan diri ke panitia Pilkades setempat.
“Bentrok terjadi lantaran massa warga yang menolak kades dari luar menghadang kelompok warga lain yang hendak mendaftar, lantaran dicurigai akan menyelundupkan berkas cakades dari luar,” Ungkapnya.
Sebab, lanjutnya, mereka yang baru datang kelompoknya incumben. Kabarnya akan mendaftarkan istrinya incumben, tapi massa juga mencurigai mereka memmbawa berkas cakades lain yang mau didatangkan dari luar dan didaftarkan,” terangnya.
Lukman menyebut ada sekitar empat orang mengalami luka ringan akibat bentrok. Tetapi narasumber lain media ini mengatakan tidak sampai ada korban jatuh dari insiden ini.
Sebab, pihak kepolisian yang berada di lokasi dengan cepat melerai kedua kelompok. Ketegangan juga cepat mereda karena satu kelompok warga sudah meninggalkan TKP.
“Sekarang sudah agak kondusif, selain karena (kelompok) dari incumben sudah meninggalkan lokasi, juga ada beberapa kompi dari Polres yang tiba di sini,” kata warga yang tidak mau namanya disebutkan.
Sampai berita ini diterbitkan, media ini belum berhasil mendapatkan konfirmasi pihak panitia. Tetapi berdasarkan informasi di lapangan sudah ada dua calon yang sudah mendaftar sejak pemdaftaran dibuka, salah satunya incumben.
Sementara kelompok warga yang menolak kades luar kabarnya akan bertahan di lokasi hingga pendaftaran ditutup. Tujuannya, untuk mencegah masuknya berkas cakades luar masuk ke sekretariat panitia.
