SUMENEP, (TransMadura.com) –
Pelayanan Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) dr H Moh Anwar, Sumenep, Madura, Jawa Timur, terus dilakukan pembenahan.

Hal ini, sudah dapat respon positif dari masyarakat/pengunjung yang mendatangi RS milik pemerintah kabupaten ini.

“Pelayanan rumah sakit sudah lebih baik. Sebab, kami rasakan semua perawatnya sudah ramah-ramah,” kata salah satu pengunjung, Sunaryati, senin, (22/7/2019).

Dia menjelaskan, berharap Pelayanan di RSUD dr H Moh Anwar ini, tetap dipertahankan, sebab, pelayanan yang paling utama, senyum dan sapa yang baik juga mempengaruhi pada pasien.

“Nampaknya bagi saya pelayanan sudah baik, perawat dan dokter sudah baik dengan tegur sapa yang ramah,” ngakunya.

Direktur RSUD dr. H. Moh Anwar Sumenep, Madura, Jawa Timur, dr. Hj. Erliyati, M. Kes, mengatakan, untuk menenuhi pelayanan yang baik dengan dua cara, yakni memenuhi kebutuhan pelanggan internal dan eksternal.

“Kami saat ini juga akan memperbaiki pelayanan melaui membenahan di sektor pelanggan, kan pelanggan itu ada dua, yaitu pelanggan internal dan eksternal,” kata dr. Hj. Erliyati, M.Kes di ruang kerjanya.

Dokter Erly yang kerab dengan sapaannya ini, merinci pelanggan internal diantaranya, Dokter, bidan, perawat dan semua pegawai dan karyawan di RSUDMA. Sedangkan pelanggan eksternal adalah masyarakat umum yang berobat ke RSUDMA.

Lebih lanjut, katanya, saat ini fokus memperbaiki pelanggan internal, karena pelanggan internal sangat berpengaruh terhadap peninggkatan pelayanan di Rumah Sakit.

“Saat ini saya juga memperbaiki pelanggan internal. Jadi haknya dipenuhi dan fasilitas yang dibutuhkan juga dilengkapi, supaya kewajibannya juga dilaksanakan dengan baik. Karena ini sangat berdampak pada pelayanan eksternal,” ujarnya kepada media Deteksi.id.

Kendati demikian, pembenahan dan perbaikan dalam meningkatkan pelayanan yang maksimal itu menyesuaikan dengan anggaran yang ada.

“Karena untuk mewujudkan pelayanan RSUD yang terbaik, tentu diperlukan dukungan berbagai aspek terkait. Faktor internal dan eksternal sangat mempengaruhi pelayanan dalam mencapai tujuan yang berorientasi kepada kepuasan pasien, di samping aspek fasilitas rumah sakit, peranan dokter, peran para medis dan non medis menjadi sangat penting karena kinerja mereka akan menentukan persepsi dan kinerja yang dirasakan pasien terhadap pelayanan yang diberikan”, pungkasnya.
