SUMENEP, (TransMadura.com) – Menjelang lebaran Idul Fitri 2019 harga elpiji 3 kilogram di Kecamatan/Pulau Masalembu, Sumenep, Madura, Jawa Timur mulai merangkak naik. Saat ini harga elpiji jenis melon itu mencapai Rp27 ribu.
“Mulai pekan ini harga elpiji kisaran Rp26-27 ribu. Naik antara Rp1-2 ribu per tabung. Sebelumnya hanya Rp25 ribu,” kata Musdalifah, salah satu warga Kecamatan/Pulau Masalembu, Sabtu,
Menurutnya, naiknya harga elpiji di Masalembu bukan hal yang baru terutama menjelang momentum tertentu, seperti hari raya. Selain itu, juga bisa naik yang disebabkan karena cuaca ekstrim sehingga pengiriman tidak bisa dilakukan, dan stok di sejumlah pedagang mulai menipis.
Oleh sebab itu, pihaknya berharap ada perhatian khusus dari Pemerintah Daerah. Sebab, saat ini elpiji sudah menjadi kebutuhan pokok masyarakat.
“Pemerintah harus mencari trobosan sebelum harga elpiji melambung tinggi,” tegasnya.
Kepala Badan Energi dan Sumber Daya Alam (ESDA) Setkab Sumenep, Abd. Kahir mengatakan khusus menghadapi idul fitri, pemerintah telah menambah kuota elpiji sebanyak 60 persen dari biasanya.
“Kami sudah melakukan koordinasi dengan Pertamina terkait penambahan. Jadi Insya Allah tidak terjadi kelangkaan,” jelasnya.
Diketahui, kuota Elpigi pada tahun 2019 ini di Kabupaten Sumenep ditetapkan sebayak 22.462 Metrik Ton (MT). Kouta itu tersebar di wilayah daratan dan kepulauan (Hen/Red)
