SUMENEP, (TransMadura.com) – Pelaksanaan Pengukuhan, Pelantikan dan Pengambilan sumpah Kepala Sekolah dilakukan langsung oleh Bupati Sumenep, Dr. KH., A Busyro Karim, M. Si, Kamis (03/01/2019) lalu diduga cacat hukum.
Mutasi yang digelar di Gedung Korpri jalan Dr Cipto, diduga tidak proseduran. Buktinya, kepala sekolah sampai saat ini belum menerima SK tugas.

“Benar SK belum didiserahkan, padahal pelantikan sudah bulan lalu,” ngakunya.
Dia menuturkan, menjabat Plt Kepala sekolah sejak 2017 lalu. “SK tugas baru sampai sekarang belum diterima,” ucapnya.
Namun juga, berhembus informasi kepala sekolah SK masih digantung, salah satunya di Kecamatan Gapura, bahwa Sampai sekarang sekolah tersebut ada dua kepala sekolah yang sebelumnya juga belum pindah tugas.
Sedangkan yang baru dilantik juga sudah aktif masuk kantor, sebab tidak ada kejelasan SK terkait mutasi dan pelantikan yang digelar pada bulan lalu.
Seharusnya, sesuai peraturan SK diberikan maksimal sepuluh hari berjalani sejak dilantik. Namun faktanya sampai saat ini sudah dua bulan lebih Kepala sekolah belum ada yang menerima.
Kepala BKPSDM (Badan Kepegawaian Pendidikan dan Sumber Daya Mineral) Titik Suryati juga enggan memberikan komentar. “Langsung ke Ketua Baperjakat ya, ” katanya melalu sambungan Wathshapp.
