Laporan Rini Ramila Yanti warga Desa Kolor, Kecamatan Kota, terkait dugaan tindak pidana penipuan CPNS terus dikembangkan Polres Sumenep, Madura, Jawa Timur.
“Kalau laporan yang sudah masuk, pasti akan ditindaklanjuti, Kami akan melakukan pemanggilan saksi saksi,” kata Kasubag Humas Polres Sumenep, AKP Heri, jum’at, (15/3/2019).
Selain itu, lanjut heri, akan melakukan gelar perkara untuk menentukan apakah kasus tersebut bisa ditingkatkan ke penyidikan atau tidak. “Kalau sudah ditetapkan tersangka maka akan ditangkap,” jelasnya.
Perlu diketahui sebelumya. Hj RW (Inisial) warga Desa Matanair, Kecamatan Rubaru, dilaporkan ke Polres Sumenep, Madura, Jawa Timur, diduga telah melakukan tindak pidana penipuan CPNS.
Pelapor bernama Rini Ramila Yanti warga Desa Kolor, Kecamatan Kota, Sumenep, melaporkan ke SPKT Polres setempat, didampingi pengacara Ach Supyadi SH, dengan bukti laporan polisi nomor STPL/05/1/2019/Jatim/RES SMP, tertanggal kamis, 10/1/2019.
Pasalnya, terlapor RW (inisial) tak lain adalah salah satu istri Politisi, pada hari selasa 19/8/2014, sekira pukul 10:00 wib, datang ke rumah pelapor Rini Ramila Yanti, menawarkan bahwa akhir tahun 2014 ada pengambilan CPNS dengan cara ikut tes langsung dapat SK.
Namun terlapor, waktu menawarkan jasa CPNS tersebut, kepada pelapor, menawarkan syarat meminta uang sebesar Rp 60 juta. Selain itu yang kalau masuk Kategori dua (K2) sebesar Rp 150 juta kebijakan tanpa ikut tes.
Sehingga, dengan tawaran terlapor, pelapor tertarik dengan mengikut sertakan 4 orang leluarganya yang ingin jadi PNS dengan transaksi pembayaran terhadap RW terlapor sebesar Rp 60 juta untuk pembayaran pertama atau DP.
“Sedangkan transaksi pembayaran kedua sebesar Rp 20 juta dan pembayaran terakhir Rp 30 juta.
Namun dengan semua itu pembayaran tersebut ada kwitansinya yang ditanda tangani oleh Terlapor sendiri,” kata Rini Ramila Yanti melalui Kuasa Hukumnya Ach Supyadi SH. Kamis, (14/3/2019).
Namun, kata Supyadi, sampai tahun 2015 ternyata 4 orang keluarga Pelapor tidak lulus tes CPNS di Sumenep, sehingga mengetahui hal tersebut, Pelapor menagih janji kepada Terlapor, namun Terlapor bilang ada tes susulan lagi.
Dia melanjutkan, bahwa beberapa bulan kemudian, Terlapor (RW) memberikan foto copy penetapan NIP CPNS pusat, kepada Pelapor dan bilang bahwa 4 orang keluarganya Pelapor tersebut sudah lulus.
“Kemudian Terlapor meminta kepada Pelapor agar membayar sisanya yang kurang yaitu sebesar Rp. 310 juta, tapi Pelapor bilang akan bayar kalau SK-nya yang asli sudah turun,” jelasnya.
Akan tetapi, kata pengacara asal kepulauan ini, sampai sekarang SK yang asli yang dijanjikan Terlapor tidak ada yang turun dan 4 orang keluarga Pelapor tidak diangkat menjadi CPNS.
Sehingga pihak korban pada hari Selasa, ( 8/1/ 2019), sekitar pukul 15.00 wib. Pelapor menagih uangnya kepada Terlapor agar dikembalikan, namun Terlapor hanya berjanji-janji dan berbelit-belit sampai sekarang.
