TKI Tertipu Tekong Berdalih Memberikan Penghasilan Tinggi

SUMENEP, (TransMadura.com) –
Tenaga Kerja Indonesia (TKI) ilegal tertipu bujuk rayu tekong. Pasalnya, tekong berdalih dengan penghasilan tinggi.

Hal itu disampaikan Kepala Disnaker Sumenep Mohammad Fadillah, bahwa berdasarkan hasil evaluasi dari TKI yang dideportasi, sebanyak mereka menjadi TKI ilegal karena tertipu dan terpengaruh pada cukong-cukong tekong.

Tekong bertanggungjawab itu memanfaatkan kondisi ekonomi dengan dalih akan memberikan penghasilan tinggi. Namun, setelah mereka berangkat malah nasib mereka tidak jelas negeri orang.

“Hasil dari beberapa orang yang dideportasi tahun 2018, rata-rata memang karena terpengaruh bujukan tekong dengan gaji tinggi. Lalu mereka mau, akhirnya berangkat dengan ilegal,” katanya.

Menurut Fadillah, negara yang mejadi tujuan rata-rata Malaysia dan Arab Saudi. Rata-rata masyarakat yang menjadi TKI ilegal berasal dari daerah kepulauan dan sebagian dari wilayah barat Kabupaten Sumenep.

“Kebanyakan dari mereka menjadi buruh bangunan, termasuk di Malaysia,” terangnya.

Namun Fadillah bersyukur, sebab sejak awal 2019 ini belum ada TKI ilegal yang dideportasi dari luar negeri. Dia berharap, di tahun ini tidak ada lagi warga Sumenep yang dideportasi gara-gara tidak lengkapnya dokumen sebagai TKI.

“Sosialisasi dan penyadaran masyarakat akan bahaya TKI ilegal juga akan kami tingkatkan. Hal ini kami lakukan guna mencegah adanya TKI ilegal dari Sumenep,” tandasnya. (Asm/Fero /Red)
