SUMENEP, (TransMadura.com) –
PT Inneco Wira Sakti Hutama selaku rekanan proyek pembangunan drainase di Jalan Kartini-Jati Emas menuju kali Patrean, Kecamatan Kota Sumenep, Madura, Jawa Timur diberi deadline selama 20 hari, untuk memperbaiki kerusakan pasca selesainya pekerjaan tersebut.
Komitmen tersebut telah tertuang dalam surat keputusan yang ditandatangani antara PT Inneco Wira Sakti Hutama selaku rekanan, pihak Pengawas dari Dinas Pekerjaan Umum (PU) Perumahan Rakyat, Kawasan Permukimam, dan Cipta Karya (PRKP dan Cipta Karya), Tim Pengawal dan Pengaman Pemerintah dan Pembangunan Daerah (TP4D) dan dari pihak Kepolisian Polres Sumenep.
“Ada tiga kesepakatan pada saat pertemuan kemarin,” kata Bambang Iriyanto Kepala PRKP dan Cipta Karya, Sumenep, Selasa,
Tiga kesepakatan itu diantaranya, pertama PT Inneco Wira Sakti Hutama selaku rekanan akan mengerjakan dan menyelesaikan perbaikan selama 20 hari kedepan. Keuda, kontraktor berkomitmen akan melaksanakan perbaikan sebagaimana hasil monitoring yang dilakukan oleh konsultan pengawas, dan ketiga kontraktor segera menindaklanjuti surat perintah perbaikan selambat-lambatnya tiga hari setelah surat yang telah dikirimkan oleh PPKo.
“Perbaikan masih kewenangan rekanan, karena itu masih dalam tahap perbaikan selama enam bulan kedepan,” jelasnya.
Perbaikan tersebut kata dia terdapat empat titik. Kerusakan itu disebabkan karena bencana alam yang tidak bisa diprediksi sebelumnya.
Kesepakatan tersebut lanjut Bambang, kesepatakan tersebut dilakukan untuk mengantisipasi terjadi hal yang tidak diinginkan terjadi, semisal rekanan tidak mematuhi kesepakatan yang telah diatur dalam peraturan yang berlaku.
“Ini untuk mengantisipasi terjadinya sesuatu dengan alasan yang tidak masuk akal,” ungkapnya.
Proyek tersebut dianggarkan senilai Rp 3,4 miliar. Namun, pekerjaan tersebut mendapat protes dari warga. Protes itu mendapat tanggapan dari Anggota DPRD Sumenep dan langsung melakukan inspeksi mendadak (Sidak) ke lokasi pekerjaan tersebut. (Asm/Red)
