16 Partai Politik peserta Pemilu 2019 rampung memberikan Laporan Penerimaan Sumbangan Dana Kampanye (LPSDK), Rabu, 2 Januari 2019.
Berdasarkan data yang diterima Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU) Sumenep, terdapat 9 parpol dari 16 parpol peserta pemilu yang laporannya nihil.
“Waktu penyerahan LPSDK hanya satu hari, yakni pada 2 Januari kemarin. Jadi tidak ada perpanjangan, perbaikan. Pada hari itu menyerahkan semua,” kata Zubaidi Komisioner KPU Sumenep, Kamis 10 Januari 2019.
Sembilan Parpol yang laporannya nihil diantaranya, PSI, GOLKAR, PAN, PERINDO, BERKARYA, GARUDA, PDI PERJUANGAN, PKP INDONESIA, dan HANURA.
“Memang ada yang nihil, kalau tidak ada sumbangan dari luar ya nihil,”
Sementara LPSDK partai PPP sebesar Rp. 11.840.000, PKS Rp. 18.636.000, PBB Rp. 6.650.000, GERINDRA Rp. 40.000.000, DEMOKRAT Rp. 11.270.000, NASDEM Rp. 93.972.000 dan PKB Rp. 4.000.000.
Besaran dana kampanye telah diatur dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 7 Tahun 2017 tentang Pemilu. Sumbangan dari perseorangan tidak boleh melebihi Rp2,5 miliar; sementara sumbangan dari kelompok, perusahaan atau badan usaha, maksimal Rp25 miliar.
“Sumbangan yang diperbolehkan dari perusahaan swasta dan perorangan, kalau dari Badan Usaha Milik Daerah tidak bisa,” tegasnya. (Asm/Fero/Red)
