SUMENEP, (TransMadura.com) –
Pernyataan Asosiasi Kepala Desa (AKD) Kecamatan Bluto, Warid, bahwa ada media yang mengirim surat pemintaan Keterbukaan Publik dan melaporkan tentang DD dan ADD, dapat respon tegas Ketua Komisi Informasi (KI) Sumenep, Madura, Jawa Timur, Hawiyah Karim.

Kepala Desa SDMnya harusnya mumpuni, jangankan melayani permintaan masyarakat untuk keterbukaan publik, perbedaan posisi atau bidang Media dan LSM belum paham.

“Sepertinya perlu road show ke pemerintah desa (Pemdes) ini, agar para kades tercerahkan.
PPID aja apa mereka gak ngerti,” kata wiwik yang berwajah imut ini.

Dia memaparkan, kepala desa harusnya lebih hati hati untuk menyampakan dalam forum diskusi, apalagi acara itu melibatkan Media dan LSM. “Ini akan jadi blunder, sebab perkataan yang salah sasaran.

Sementara, dalam kesempatan tanya jawab, pada acara Resolusi Informasi 2019 yang diselengarakan KI Sumenep, pria berkacamata yang menjabat sebagai Kepala Desa Sera Tengah ini menyebut, di Kecamatan Bluto yang terdiri dari 20 desa, ada media yang berkirim surat untuk meminta data APBDes dan LPJ realisasi pengelolaan Dana Desa dan Alokasi Dana Desa (DD-ADD) dari tahun 2015 sampai 2018.

“Kami sebagai Kepala Desa kurang apa, APBDes sudah kami pampang di balai desa dan di jalan raya, sudah kami perinci di infografik masih ada media yang meminta data realisasi program kepada kami, media itu bahkan memaksa, memaksa melaporkan,” sebutnya di hadapan narasumber dan tamu undangan lainnya, Sabtu (29/12/2018).

Namun, dikonfirmasi sejumlah media usai acara, ada sikap berbeda yang ditunjukkan ketua AKD Bluto tersebut, dia tidak hanya menyebut media yang melaporkan, namun ada unsur LSM yang turut melaporkan pelaksanaan DD-ADD se Kemacatan Bluto ke Komisi Informasi (KI) Sumenep tahun 2017.

“Tahun 2017, kita seluruh desa di Kecamatan Bluto dilaporkn ke KI Sumenep, Alhamdulilah semua terselesaikan dengan baik,” imbuhnya.

Disinggung secara spesifik siapa yang melaporkan 20 desa itu, dengar jawaban ragu dia menyebut LSM saja tanpa menyenyut media seperti yang dilontarkan dalam forum diskusi.

“Kayaknya LSM yang melaporkan, tapi saya lupa LSM apa, saya cuma ingat nama orangnya saja, tapi kita bisa selesaikan secara tuntas,” imbuh Warid.

Diakhir pernyataannya, orang nomor satu di Sera Tengan Bluto ini, tiba tiba meralat ucapannya sendiri dengan menyebut bahwa tidak ada media yang melaporkan desa, dengan alasan pembicaraannya di forum tadi tanpa dasar.

“Saya khilaf, sebenarnya tadi di forum saya ngomong tidak ada dasarnya, tidak ada itu, tidak ada selama ini dari media yang menyurati teman-teman kepala desa, menanyakan reralisasi DD,” jelasnya seolah menyesali ucapannya.

Untuk itu, dengan raut muka penuh penyesalan, Warid menarik ucapannya dan meminta maaf atas ketersinggungan awak media yang hadir dalam forum diskusi tersebut.

“Saya minta maaf kepada rekan rekan media, tidak pernah media menanyakan soal realisasi DD kepada para kepala desa se kecamatan Bluto, tetapi itu LSM,” tegasnya mengulang.

Amatan sederhana media ini, nampaknya kades berpenampilan mohak ini ternyata kurang memahami tupoksi antara media dan LSM, sehingga dia menyamarakatan, yang pada esensinya memiliki peran yang sangat berbeda.

Ketua Asosiasi Media Online Sumenep (Amos), Ahmadi Muni menanggapi hal tersebut, mengaku miris atas dangkalnya pahaman kepala desa akan peran media, dengan melontarkan pernyataan yang kurang elok di hadapan publik.

“Kepala Desa di Sumenep, siapapun itu, kayaknya perlu banyak belajar dan membaca lagi, setidaknya faham lah apa peran, tugas dan fungksi media itu,” terangnya.

Walaupun yang bersangkuran sudah meralat pernyataannya dan meminta maaf secara terbuka, insiden asal bunyi (asbun) di ruang publik, perlu diperhatikan, karena setiap kata yang dilontarkan pasti mengandung konsekuensi.

“Pasti kita maafkan, namun sosok figur kepala desa dalam berbicara di forum terbuka, eloknya tidak asbun, diam nampaknya lebih baik diam dari pada omongan menyinggung dan menyakiti orang lain, apalagi menyudutkan profesi jurnalis,” tandasnya. (Asm/Red)
