Proyek pemeliharaan jalan menggunakan Asbuton di Desa Karang Tengah, Kecamatan Nonggunong, Sumenep, Madura, Jawa Timur terpaksa ditender ulang. Itu dilakukan setelah rekanan sebelumnya di putus kontrak oleh Dinas PU Bina Marga.
Proyek pemeliharaan jalan ini sebelumnya bermasalah, sebab rekanan tidak bisa menyelesaikan pekerjaan sampai pada akhir waktu yang telah ditentukan. Sampai ditangani Kejari Sumenep dan ditemukan adanya dugaan korupsi akhirnya kedua rekanan pelaksana proyek tersebut ditahan korp Adhiyaksa, sebab uang muka sudah dicairkan dipakai untuk keperluan lain.
Plt Kepala Dinas PU Bina Marga M. Jakfar mengakui adanya tender ulang itu, dan sudah ada pemenang. Kemungkinan akan segera digarap oleh pihak rekanan. “Kita gelar tender agar dana yang sudah dianggarkan bisa dinikmati masyarakat, ” ucapnya.
Jakfar menegaskan, dengan tender itu pihaknya memastikan jalan itu bisa dilaksanakan sesuai dengan waktu. “Tidak butuh waktu lama kalau dikerjakan secara cepat dan benar. Jadi, sebelum tutup anggaran kegiatan itu sudah tuntas, ” ungkap pria yang saat ini merangkap menjadi Asisten ini.
Anggota komisi III H. Joni Widarso mempertanyakan tender ulang proyek yang menyeret dua orang tersangka itu. Sebab, waktu pekerjaan diperkirakan akan mepet. “Ini baru selesai tender, otomatis menjelang tutup anggaran, ” katanya.
