Pembangunan Drainase dengan anggaran Rp 3,8 miliar di Desa Pangarangan, Sumenep, Madura, Jawa Timur, sebelum yang menjadi pertaruhan Dinas PU Perumahan Rakyat Kawasan Pemukiman dan Cipta Karya, bahwa dikhawatirkan akan gagal mengentaskan banjir.
Hal ini, jadi jawaban bendampak positif, Setelah Sumenep diguyur hujan sekitar 2 jam lebih pada, kamis (29/11/2018), berhasil diarea lokasi tak terlihat banjir. Padahal di sejumlah wilayah sudah digenangi air.
“Alhamdulillah, daerah terdampak pembangunan drainase ini cukup positif. Tidak terlihat lagi genangan air seperti tahun sebelumnya,” kata Kadis PU Perumahan Rakyat Kawasan Pemukiman dan Cipta Karya Bambang Irianto kepada sejumlah media.
Menurutnya, ini baru satu drainase menuju Kali Patrian yang diperbaiki sudah berhasil mengentaskan banjir di sekitar Pangarangan. Jika sejumlaj titik yang lain tuntas diperbaiki, bisa menekan tingginya debit genangan air di seputaran kota.
“Jadi, ini baru satu drainase yang diperbaiki, nanti kalau yang lain diperbaiki bisa terus mengurangi beban debit air diperkotaan,” sambungnya.
Sementara itu, soal kerusakan dalam pekerjaan proyek itu masih dalam pemeliharaan rekanan. Jadi, rekanan punya tanggungjawab untuk segera memperbaiki.
Kadis PU Perumahan Rakyat Kawasan Pemukiman dan Cipta Karya, Bambang Irianto saat meninjau lokasi pembangunan drainase di Desa Pangarangan pasca hujan.
“Jadi, tetap akan dilakukan perbaikan oleh pihak rekanan, karena masih tahap pemeliharaan,” kata nantan Kadisparbudpora ini.
Pihaknya menegaskan, pembangunan drainase itu sudah sesuai dengan perencanaan. Buktinya, tidak terlihat genangan, air mengalir sampai ke Kali Patrian.
“Tidak ada air yang menggenang, semua mengalir ke Kali Patrian. Alhamdulillah,” tuturnya.
Sementara Konsultan Pengawas Malik menyatakan jika pekerjaan itu sudah sesuai prosedur yang berlaku. “Pekerjaan itu sudah sesuai dengan RAB (Rencana Anggaran Belanja). Sudah sesuai. Dan, perencanaannya juga sudah sesuai, bagus,” katanya.
Malik menuturkan, soal kerusakan di jalan itu masih menjadi pemeliharaan kontraktor. Sementara untuk yang ambruk itu lantaran air untuk masuk ke bendungan besar antri.
“Tapi nanti anggaran 2019 akan ada anggaran lagi yang dari selatan,” tuturnya singkat. (Asm/Red)
