Masrul berharap kepada instansi terkait, untuk stadion itu, agar bisa difasilitasi lebih baik dengan lampu penerangan dan pasilitas yang lain, biar nama baik sumenep terjaga khususnya masyarakat luar. “Seperti pertandingan kemarin antara, Madura FC vs PSS Saleman, pertandingan sampai malam, ini kan resiko, kalau sampai terjadi kericuhan sangat fatal, kalau kondisi gelap dan orang mau berbuat apa tidak tau, bahkan bisa saja provokator masuk didalam tidak kelihatan,” ucapnya.
Lanjutnya, sangat menyayangkan kepada instansi terkait sampai sekarang belum ada tanda tanda untuk diperbaiki disemua area lapangan stadion untuk penerangan. “Sumenep sering dijadikan tempat pertandingan dari luar daerah sebagai tuan rumah, malu kan kepada penonton yang dari luar daerah, sumenep sudah didengung dengungkan wah, nyatanya jadi kecewa,” harapnya.
Kepala Bidang Pemuda dan Olahraga Disparbudpora Sumenep, H Moh Iksan mengatakan, bahwa punyak keinginan untuk bangun stadion A Yani itu, bahkan tahun depan akan menyelenggarakan pengadaan lampu penerangan. akan tetapi semua itu tergantung anggaran APBD apakah masih ada atau tidak.
“Stadion A yani sudah dua kali gagal lelang, tahun depan kalau ada anggaran, kami akan menyelenggarakan, tapi saya akan tanyak dulu di keuangan ada gak anggarannya,” tegasnya, rabu (14/11/2018)
Ditanya bantuan pribadi Said Abdullah untuk bangun stadion ?, Iksan mengaku tidak tau anggaran diberikan kepada siapa. “Saya tidak pernah menerima dan tidak tau uang pribadi Pak Said untuk bangunan stadion,” nanyaknya.
Iksan juga mengaku bahwa dana pribadi Said Abdullah untuk pembangunan penerangan saat main malam hari, butuh anggaran Rp4,5 miliar. “Dana kalau ke saya tidak, kalau ke yang lain tidak tau.
