Warga Dusun Billakaramat, Desa Banbaru, Pulau Giliraja, merasa kecewa dengan pemerintahan desa. Pasalnya, anggaran pemerintah pusat yang digelontorkan cukup besar ke Desa lewat Dana Desa (DD), Alokasi Dana Desa (ADD), namun masyarakat belum merasakannya.
Buktinya, jembatan dengann panjang 3 meter kali 4 meter, dengan kondisi ambruk sampai saat ini belum ada perhatian dari pihak desa untuk dibangun.
“Kami sudah mengadukan kepada Kepala Desa, supaya dibangun jembatan yang ambruk dengan DD. akan tetapi hal ini diindahkan atau mengabaikan semua keluhan oleh kades,” kata Sugianto warga setempat.
Padahal, menurutnya, jalan tersebut menjadi akses masyarakat untuk melakukan aktifitas ke pertanian dan pendidikan. Akhirnya masyarakat memperbaikai sendiri dengan swadaya gotong royong.
Sementara putra Desa Banbaru, Bambang Supratma kordinator front pejuang masyarakat sumenep (FPMS) menyanyangkan kepala desa yang mengabaikan aspirasi masyarakat untuk membangun jembatan yang ambruk.
Padahal, jemabatan yang rusak itu, kurang lebih satu tahun dibiarkan begitu saja, padahal dana desa cukup besar, apalagi gili rajah yang d andalkan program pemerintah bukan hanya dana desa tapi jugak ada bantuan dana CSR dari MEGAS.
Namun, bisa saja katanya, dalam peruntukan dana desa tersebut diduga tidak jelas peruntukannya. ” padahal ini sudah hampir musim penghujan, tidak ada tanda tanda mau dikerjakan. Apa ini perlu deklarasikan masyarakat untuk ganti Kepala Desa,” tegasnya.
Sementara Kades Banbaru Suciyati mengapreseasi warga yang peduli memperbaiki jembatan yang ambruk. “Saya berterimah kasih kepada warga yang peduli memperbaiki jembatan yang ambruk,” ucapnya melalui telfon selulernya.
Kata Suciyati, jembatan yang ambruk bukan hanya di dusun Bilakaramat, tapi ada tiga jembatan yang akan di perbaiki pemerintah desa di tahun 2019. “Hasil musyawarah desa, ada tiga jembatan yang akan di perbaiki, itu sudah di anggarkan tahun 2019,” kilahnya.
Lanjut dia, Pemerintah desa akan membangun infastruktur dengan bertahap, tidak mungkin pembangunan di desa diselesaikan dalam satu tahun.” Ini masih bertahap,” tandasnya. (Red)
