SUMENEP, (TransMadura.com) –
Kasi Pidana Khusus (Pidsus) kejari Sumenep, Madura, Jawa Timur, Herpin Hadat mengatakan, kasus pungli PTSL Desa Kertasada, Kecamatan Kalianget, yang dilakukan terdakwa divonis satu tahun penjara pada sidang Putusan 11 Oktober lalu, oleh Majelis Hakim Pengadilan Negeri Tindak Pidana Korupsi (Tipikor) Surabaya.

“Kepala Desa (Kades) Kertasada Candra Permana, divonis satu tahun penjara, dalam kasus Program Pendaftaran Tanah Sistematik Lengkap (PTSL) tahun 2017,” katanya, Kamis, 25 Oktober 2018.

Dalam sidang putusan tersebut, kata Herpin Majelis Hakim berkeyakinan tindakan yang dilakukan oleh Diki Candra Permana melanggar Pasal 11 Undang-undang Nomor 31 Tahun 1991 tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi.

“Selain kurungan penjara, terdakwa juga berkewajiban untuk membayar denda sebesar Rp50 juta subsider 1 bulan kurungan penjara,” jelasnya.

Namun kata Herpin keluarga terpidana telah membayar denda sebagaimana putusan majelis hakim. “Termasuk yang bersangkutan (terpidana) saat ini sudah dilakukan eksekusi dan ditahan di Rutan Sumenep,” ungkapnya.

Apakah berpotensi ada tersangka baru?, pihaknya belum memastikan. Sebab, saat ini Kejari belum menerima salinan putusan dari Pengadilan Tipikor Surabaya. “Yang kami terima hanya petikan putusan, nanti kami pelajari salinan putusannya,” tegas pria kelahiran Sumenep itu.

Terdakwa Diki Candra Permana diduga melakukan penarikan pada pemohon PTSL tahun 2017. Setiap pemohon ditarik biaya sekitar Rp400 ribu, sementara jumlah pemohon sebanyak 669 orang. (Asm/Fero/Red).
