SDN Tonduk II Diduga Manipulasi Data Siswa BOS, Kepsek Nantang Dilaporkan

SUMENEP, (TransMadura.com) –
Surat permohonan yang kedua Lembaga Swadaya Masyarakat (LSM) Gasak (Gerakan Aktifis Sumenep Anti Korupsi) yang dilayangkan kepada Sekolah Dasar Negeri (SDN) Tonduk II, Kecamatan /Pulau Raas, Sumenep, Madura, Jawa Timur, adanya dugaan kekhawatiran penggelembungan jumlah siswa penerima Dana Bantuan Oprasional Siswa (BOS), tetap diabaikan dan terancam dilaporkan.

Setelah surat permohonan kesatu Nomor, 01/LSM GASAK/IX/2018. kedua Nomor, 02/LSM GASAK/X/2018, Senin tanggal 22 Oktober 2018 tetap belum ada balasan dari pihak sekolah.

Namun, hal ini, LSM Gasak kembali mengirimkan surat ketiga Nomor 03/LSM GASAK/X/2018, Permohonan Data Siswa (Data Absen Kelas 1 – 6), sebab Diduga Ada Penggelembungan Jumlah Siswa Penerima Dana BOS tertanggal 22 Oktober 2018.

“Pengiriman surat ketiga ini, kami mengharapkan agar Kepala SDN Tonduk II koperatif dan dapat mempedomani tentang keterbukaan informasi publik dengan memberikan tanggapan kepada kami,” kata Ketua Gasak Hendri Kurniawan, kepada media ini, selasa (23/10/2018).

Menurut hendri, tidak koperatifnya Kepala sekolah dengan surat permohonan kedua yang dilayangkan, semakin kuat dugaan penggelembungan data siswa penerimaan program pusat Bantuan Operasional Siswa (BOS) mendekati benar. “Bisa saja benar, karena kalau memang tidak benar, lalu kenapa mesti takut untuk menanggapi surat kami,” ungkapnya.

Bahkan, kata hendri, Kepala SDN Tonduk II, mengabaikan surat permohonan kedua, kata Hendri, akan melakukan investigasi dan akan menggugat sengketa informasi kepada Komisi Informasi (KI).

“Bukan hanya itu, kami juga akan melaporkan Kepala SDN Tonduk II ini ke Kabid Dikdas di Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Sumenep dan tembusan laporannya akan kami sampaikan kepada Inspektorat Kabupaten Sumenep,” tandasnya.

Lanjutnya, Kalau sudah secara resmi nantinya akan melaporkan ke Polres Sumenep atau ke Kejaksaan Negeri Sumenep. “Kami tidak akan main-main dan pastinya terhadap ancaman hukumannya di atas 5 tahun bagi pelaku yang menggelembungkan data siswa, terbukti menggelembungkan data siswa penerima dana BOS itu masuk kategori korupsi,” Tutupnya.

Kepala SDN Toduk II Kecamatan Raas, Jakfar berdalih tidak tau bahwa ada surat yang dilayangkan ke SDN Tonduk II, sebab, selama ini ada didaratan. “Saya dikapal mau balik ke Pulau tidak tau dengan surat tersebut yang dilayangkan LSM Gasak,” ngakunya kepada media, saat dikonfirmasi melalui telepon selulernya, selasa, (23/10/2018).

Ditanya dengan kekhawatiran penggelembungan data siswa BOS, Ia membantah tudingan itu tidak benar “Silahkan tanya ke Dinas Pendidikan, itu tidak benar, silahkan laporkan saja,” tantangnya. (Fero/Asm/Red)
