F (23) warga Desa Sumedangan kecamatan Pademawu merupakan pengembangan, tersangka ini diamankan di sebuah rumah dengan BB narkoba jenis shabu seberat 3,11 gram dan beberapa BB lainnya, ” Ungkapnya.Rabu (10/10/2018)
AKBP Teguh Wibowo melanjutkan, untuk tersangka lainnya atas nama Iqbal (20) Warga Dusun Sumber Sukun Kecamatan Palengaan Kabupaten Pamekasan merupakan DPO, tersangka ini berhasil ditangkap di Wilayah Bali kelurahan Sumara Pure Kangen Kecamatan Klungkung, oleh anggota Polsek Palengaan dengan BB narkoba jenis shabu seberat 0,04 gram.
“Selanjutnya kami amankan tersangka atas nama Dedy Kurniawan (29) merupakan warga Dusun Tanjung Tengah Desa Tanjung Kecamatan Pademawu dengan BB berupa Narkoba jenis shabu seberat 0,31 gram dan seperangkat alat hisapnya,” Imbuhnya
Atas perbuatannya ke ketiga tersangka atas nama Bambang Irawan, Agus Susandi F dan Dedy kurniawan dijerat pasal 112 (1) sub 114 (1) dan pasal 127 (1) UU no 35 th 2009 tentang Narkotika. Sementara untuk tersangka Iqbal DPO dikenakan pasal 112 (1) sub 114 (1) jo pasal 132 UU no 35 th 2009 tentang Narkotika. (Mam/Red)
