Ternate, (TransMadura.com), Rabu (15/8) – Barisan Pemuda Pelopor (BAPPOR) Pulau Obi, Maluku Utara meminta Kejaksaan Tinggi (Kejati) Maluku Utara (Malut), serius dalam pengusutan dana Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) 55 Perusahaan Pulau Obi, Halmahera selatan, Maluku Utara. Hal ini, telah memeriksa Kepala Dinas Energi Sumber Daya Mineral (ESDM) Maluku utara, beberapa hari lalu.
Risman, koordinator Barisan Pemuda Pelopor (BAPPOR) Pulau Obi, Maluku Utara saat dikonfirmasi di cafe carod(15/8/18) mengatakan, Kejati Malut seharusnya setelah melakukan pemeriksaan pada waktu itu, selanjutnya membentuk Tim untuk mengusut kasus itu.
“Bukan hanya memeriksa kemudian dibiarkan tanpa ada kabar, ?” tegas, risman.
Menurutnya, Kejati Malut harus membuktikan jika lembaga hukum ini benar-benar untuk menegakan hukum, maka tidak ada alasan untuk tidak melanjutkan Gerakan penuntutan kasus CSR Perusahaan di Pulau Obi, Halmahera selatan.
Saat aksi unjuk rasa masyarakat pada tanggal 17 Juli, lalu. Aksi tersebut dipicu tuntutan masyarakat terkait kesepakatan dengan pihak PT. Trimega Bangun Prasada (TBP), salah satu perusahaan dibawah naungan PT. Harita Group.Masyarakat menuntut atas kebutuhan Listrik dan Air yang sudah disepakati antara masyarakat dan pihak perusahaan.
“Ini berawal dari aksi unjuk rasa masyarakat tanggal 17 Juli lalu, masyarakat menuntut kesepakatan mereka atas perusahaan akan melakukan pemasangam listrik dan Air untuk warga kawasi, hanya saja sampai saat aksi unjukrasa, sampai ini belum ada kabar atas perusahaan untuk.membuktikan kesepakatan itu dan masalah dipulau Obi yang dipersoalkan.
Namun, saat ini merupakan bagian kecil dari masalah besar lain yang belum terungkap, maka dari itu berharap Kejati Malut sekali lagi untuk serius menangani kasus ini,” harap Risman.
Diketahui, pemeriksaan Imam Mahkdy, Kadis ESDM Maluku Utara pada tanggal 6 Agustus, lalu. Pemeriksaan dilakukan Kejati Malut selama 2 jam lebih dimulai sejak jam 10.00 WIT diruang koordinator Kejati Malut untuk permintaan keterangan atas pengelolaan dana CSR pada 55 perusahaan di Pulau Obi.
