Ahli waris meminta lahan yang dikuasai PT EML (Energi Mineral Laggeng) untuk menghentikan sementara waktu aktifitas dilokasi pengeboran sumur ENC-2 di Desa Tanjung, Sumenep, Madura, Jawa Timur.
Bahkan, adanya “sengketa” lahan, pihak ahli waris yang melalui penasehat hukum (PH) dari LPH (Lembaga Pembela Hukum) Sumenep, sudah melayangkan surat ke SKK Migas. Isinya, meminta untuk memghentikan sementara aktifitas pengeboran atau lainnya di lahan Ekplorasi itu.
“Kami sudah melayangkan surat ke SKK Migas untuk menghentikan sementara aktifitas pengeboran ENC 2 di Desa Tanjung. Surat sudah dilayangkan hari ini (kemarin, Red) kepada SKK migas, ” kata PH Ahli Waris Nur Ismanto.
Dosen di Fakultas Hukum Universitas Islam Indonesia (UII) ini menuturkan, penghentian sementara itu harus dilakukan lantaran lahannya masih sengketa.
“Itu kan berdiri di lahan warga yang belum dibebaskan, apalagi perusahaan yang mengaku membeli itu tidak bisa menunjukkan dokumennya, ” ucapnya.

Menurut Mantan Ketua LBH Yogjakarta, pihak PT EML saat melakukan ekplorasi migas diduga mengusai lahan tanpa izin dengan menyewa ke PT IBRA. “Sehingga, ini masih dinilai sengketa. Maka, kami minta dihentikan sementara, sampai sengketa lahannya tuntas,” tuturnya.
Sementara itu, Kepala SKK Migas Jabanusa Ali Masyhar mengaku belum tahu surat yang dilayangkan oleh ahli waris melalui penasehat hukumnya. “Saya masih di rembang mas. Saya belum tahu terkait surat itu (Permintaan penghentian ekplorasi migas EML, Red),” katanya melalui sambungan telpon.
Menurutnya, sengketa lahan yang terjadi di pengeboran sumur ENC 2 itu tidak berpengaruh pada ekplorasinya. Sebab, EML menyewa lahan kepada perusahaan IBRA. “Yang saya tahu EML Sewa ke PT IBRA, jadi masalahnya antara ahli Waris sama IBRA, ” ungkapnya.
Soal sengketa itu, sambung dia, pihaknya tidak perlu masuk, karena itu eksternal. Pihaknya di SKK Migas Jabanusa mengawasi kerja kontrator migas EML. “Intinya, ekplorasi itu tetap dilanjutkan oleh PT EML,” ungkapnya.
