Desa yang merealisasikan Dana Desa( DD) dan atau Alokasi Dana Desa (ADD) untuk kepentingan politik, akan diberikan sanksi tegas.
Hal ini disampaikan Kepala Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa (DPMD) Sumenep, Madura, Jawa Timur, A Masuni, bahwa ditahun politik 2019 akan memaksimalkan pengawasan realisasi DD/ADD. Jika temukan adanya unsur politik didalamnya, dirinya tidak akan segan memberikan sanksi.
“Kalau memang ditemukan, nanti kami langsung laporkan ke Bupati. Sanksi pasti ada,” katanya saat dikonfirmasi.
Ia memaparkan, dengan alasan apapun realisasi DD/ADD tidak boleh ada unsur politik didalamnya. Hanya saja Masuni tidak menegaskan sanksi yang bakal diberikan pada desa.
“Realisasi DD/ADD harus sesuai dengan nomenklatur yang ada di APBDes. Saat ini semuanya telah masuk di sistem keuangan desa (Sisluedes). Sehingga mudah untuk dipantau,” jelasnya.
Tahun 2019 di Sumenep bakal melangsungkan pemilihan kepala desa (Pilkades) serentak yang bakal diikuti sebanyak 226 Desa. Anggaran perhelatan pesta demokrasi tingkat desa itu mencapai Rp18 miliar. Pelaksanaannya dijadwalkan usai pemilihan umum (Pemilu) mendatang.
