Kepala Desa Pordapor, Kecmatan Guluk-Guluk, mendadak mundur dari jabatannya. Mundurnya kades lantaran mau mencalonkan anggota DPRD, Sumenep, Madura, Jawa Timur pada pileg 2019 ini.
Surat pengunduran diri telah disampaikan oleh Hawasit ke Bupati Sumenep A Busyro Karim beberapa waktu lalu. “Ada satu yang mengundurkan diri karena nyaleg, yakni Kades Pordapor,” kata Kepala Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa (DPMD) Sumenep, A Masuni.
Sesuai peraturan komisi pemilihan umum (KPU) nomor 20 tahun 2018 tentang pencalonan anggota DPR, DPRD Provinsi, dan DPRD Kabupaten/Kota mensyaratkan kepala desa harus mengundurkan diri jika hendak nyaleg.
Menurut Masuni, surat pengunduran diri tidak bisa ditarik kembali. “Kalau tidak jadi (terpilih jadi anggota DPRD) maka tidak bisa kembali menjabat sebagai Kades, kalau mau jadi kades harus mencalonkan kembali pada Pilkades berikutnya,” tegas Masuni.
Untuk menggerakan roda pemerintahan ditingkat desa, secara otomatis dipasrahkan kepada Sekretaris Desa sebelum ditunjuknya Pj Kepala Desa oleh Bupati.
Jabatan Pj kata Masuni hingga terpilihnya Kepala Desa definitif. “Kepala Desa definitif bisa dilakukan dengan mekanisme PAW (pemilihan antar waktu) jika masa jabatannya lebih dari satu tahun. Apabila masa jabatannya kurang dari satu tahun maka akan diikutkan pada pada Pilkades,” tegasnya. (Red)
