SUMENEP, (TransMadura.com) – Tahun 2018 Pemerintah Kabupaten Sumenep melalui Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (BKP SDM) tahun 2018 mengajukan formasi calon pegawai negeri sipil (CPNS) sebanyak 500 orang.
Menanggapi hal itu Ketua Forum Honorer Kategori Dua (FHK-2) Sumenep Abd Rahman mengatakan kebijakan pemerintah daerah itu harus konsep berkeadilan. “Utamanya harus mengutamakan pengangkatan K2,” katanya.
Menurutnya sesuai data yang dimiliki di kabupaten berlambangkan kuda terbang ini kekurang guru PNS sekitar 2000 orang. Sementara jumlah tenaga honorer K2 hanya sekitar 1700 orang, baik tenaga honorer yang berprofesi sebagai guru atau yang ditugaskan disejumlah organisasi perangkat daerah (OPD).
“Jika honorer K2 masih ada kenapa harus jalur umum?. Kami minta pemerintah untuk meniadakan CPNS jalur umum dan perioritaskan pengankatan K2,” tegasnya.
Sementara itu Kepala BPK SDM Sumenep Titik Suryati mengatakan pengajuan 500 CPNS itu disesuaikan dengan ketentuan dari Pemerintah Pusat.
Menurutnnya, pengajuan formasi ke Kementerian PAN dan Reformasi Birokrasi itu lebih kecil dari standarisasi yang ditetapkan oleh pemerintah pemeintah pusat. ”Sejak 2015 BOP dari Menpan sebanyak 1337 orang,” jelasnya.
Namun lanjut Titik, hingga saat ini dirinya belum menerima regulasi termasuk kuota formasi CPNS dari Pemerintah Pusat. Sehingga dirinya belum bisa memberikan ketegasan apakah tahun ini Sumenep bisa melakukan seleksi atau tidak.
