Dalam hal ini di sampaikan oleh Wakil Ketua DPRD Pamekasan, M Suli Faris bahwa dalam peraturan perundang-undangan tidak mengenal yang namanya PLH, yang ada hanya PJ.

“Ini sesungguhnya menjadi kekecewaan buat saya pribadi dan mungkin temen-temen yang lain,” keluhnya Rabu (09/05/2018)

Lanjut Suli bahwa belum paham pada gubenur selaku wakil dari pemerintah pusat yang memegang otoritas terkait dengan ini. Menurutnya, PLH hanya untuk sementara dalam hitungan hari, setelah itu diganti PJ.

“Dikiranya, PLH itu hanya hitungan satu atau dua hari kemudian itu PJ. Tapi sampai sekarang masih belum juga keluar itu SK PJ itu siapa orangnya. Masih belum ada bocoron dan kepastian kapan,” tukas dia
