PAMEKASAN, (TransMadura.com) – PDAM kabupaten Pamekasan
mendapat suntikan dana senilai Rp 4,5 miliar dari Pemerintah Kabupaten
Dana ini bersumber dari Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah (APBD) tersebut merupakan penyertaan modal dari pemerintah untuk perusahaan pelat merah tersebut.
Direktur PDAM Pamekasan, Agoes Bachtiar mengatakan bahwa modal itu untuk pembangunan Water Treatment Plant (WTP).
“Jika hanya bergantung pada Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) PDAM sendiri tidak cukup,” ucap Agoes Bachtiar pada Jum at (27/04/ 2018.)
Saat ini, kata dia, instansinya bersama DPRD Pamekasan tengah fokus merampungkan Peraturan Daerah (Perda) tentang penyertaan modal.
“Sekarang masih dalam proses Perda, tunggu saja perkembangannya. Karena kita perlu pengembangan dan kita akan membangun lagi WTP yang seperti Samiran itu, kita kan perlu tanah juga. PDAM sendiri tidak mampu,” tukas dia
Penyertaan modal untuk PDAM bukan hanya tahun 2018 saja, pada tahun 2015 PDAM mendapat dana hibah dari pemerintah pusat yang mensyaratkan pemerintah daerah menyiapkan Dana Daerah Urusan Bersama (DDUB) melalui penyertaan modal sebesar Rp 5,9 miliar.
