PAMEKASAN, (TransMadura.com) -Pilkada Pamekasan tinggal 4 bulan lagi. KPU Pamekasn bertekad pilkada berlangsung sukses dengan prosentasi penyaluran suara yang siginfikan, setidaknya diatas 80 persen.

Walhasil, KPU road show ke sejumlah sekolah SMA dan Perguruan Tinggi negeri dan swasta di Pamekasan.

KPU ingin pemilih pemula yang berumur 18-22 tahun menggunakan hak suaranya.

Ketua KPU Pamekasan, Hamzah mengatakan, road show ke sekolah dan kampusPTS/PTN untuk mengajak pemilih pemula, pemilih yangbaru pertama kali memiliki hak suara, agar menyalrukan ke kotak suara saat Pilkada Pamekasan 27 Juni nanti.

“Road show ke sekolah dan kampus untuk mengajak partisipasi pemilih pemula pada Pilkada Pamekasan dan Pilgub Jatim yang berbarengan,”Punkasnya, Jumat (16/02/2018).

Selama ini pihaknya memang memberikan perhatian lebih terhadap para pemilih pemula, pasalnya, pesta demokrasi kali ini merupakan yang pertama kalinya bagi mereka.

Sementara itu, sesuai dengan Daftar Penduduk Potensial Pemilih Pemilu (DP4) yang diterima KPU Pamekasan dari KPU RI, sebanyak 615.594 orang yang masuk dalam daftar calon pemilih.Dari jumlah tersebut, calon pemilih laki-laki terdata sebanyak 297.615 orang, sedangkan untuk perempuan terdapat 317.979 orang.

Sedangkan untuk jumlah pemilih pemula yang dapat menggunakan hak pilihnya sebanyak 56.340 orang dengan rincian pemilih pemula laki-laki sebanyak 28.815 orang sedangkan perempuan sebanyak 27.525orang. (Imam /red)
