Anggota DPRD Sumenep awal tahun 2018 kinerjanya dinilai tetap tidak ada perubahan dari tahun sebelumya. Padahal, pendapatan anggota DPRD Sumenep, Madura, Jawa Timur cukup tinggi berkisar Rp29,5 juta dari APBD.
Buktinya, sidang paripurna perdana tahun 2018 Pembahasan (Raperda) dan (Perda) 2018 pada malam Rabu (10/1/2018) kemarin kandas/ gagal sebab tidak memenuhi Kuorum, hanya dihadiri 21 anggota DPRD dari jumlah 50 anggota dewan.
Menurut Wakil Ketua DPRD Sumenep, Moh Hanafi mengatakan, Wakil rakyat sudah semestinya menunjukkan kinerja yang maksimal, karena sudah jatah anggaran mencapai sebesar Rp 29,5 juta dari APBD.
Ini kan rapat paripurna perdana DPRD di tahun 2018. Kenapa justru anggota mengabaikan tugasnya. Mari bersama-sama harus lebih profesional dan tanggung jawab,” ujarnya.
Hanafi mengungkapkan, seharusnya anggota dewan akan meningkatkan kinerjanya, sebab pada tahun 2018 anggota DPRD Sumenep mendapatkan tunjangan tambahan. Total gaji secara keseluruhan yang diterima anggota dewan sekitar Rp 29 juta lebih per-bulan per-anggota.
“Seharusnya, penambahan tunjangan yang diterima anggota dewan ini disertai dengan peningkatan kinerjanya. Masak mau rapat saja tidak datang. Ini kan tugas anggota dewan,” tegasnya. (Asm)
