Pembangunan Pelabuhan Taddan di Kecamatan Camplong, Sampang, sudah menghabiskan dana ratusan miliar rupiah. Akan tetapi, hingga kini belum memberikan manfaat kepada masyarakat, terutama nelayan.
Menurut Anggota Komisi III DPRD Sampang Sohebus Sulton, pembangunan Pelabuhan Taddan dimulai sejak 2009. Saat itu dianggarkan Rp 6 miliar untuk urukan dan causeway. Pada 2010 dianggarkan Rp 10 miliar untuk causeway dan lapangan.
Kemudian pada 2011 dianggarkan Rp 35 miliar yang digunakan untuk trestle. Di 2012 disediakan anggaran Rp 40 miliar untuk tiang pancang dan trestle. Sementara 2013 dianggarkan Rp 35 miliar untuk kelanjutan trestle dan Rp 40 miliar di 2014 lagi-lagi untuk tiang pancang dan trestle.
Lalu di 2015 ada anggaran Rp 30 miliar khusus modul dan trestle. Pada 2016 dianggarkan Rp 19 miliar untuk pembangunan dermaga. Terakhir, 2017 anggaran Rp 19 miliar khusus pembangunan kantor, finishing dermaga, rumah dinas, gapura, gudang, dan rumah genset. Dana ratusan miliar rupiah itu bersumber dari APBN.
Saat ini, lanjut politikus asal Kecamatan Karang Penang itu, pengerjaan di Pelabuhan Taddan masih berlangsung. Dia meminta pengerjaan betul-betul diperhatikan.
Sayangnya, Kepala Pelabuhan Kelas III Branta Pamekasan Suko belum bisa memberikan penjelasan. Dihubungi berkali-kali melalui telepon tidak ada respons. Sebelumnya Suko menegaskan, tahun ini anggaran terakhir untuk pembangunan Pelabuhan Taddan. Awal 2018 pelabuhan tersebut akan dioperasikan.
Nilai kontrak pembangunan Pelabuhan Taddan tahun ini Rp 19.058.875.000. Nama pekerjaan yaitu lanjutan pembangunan fasilitas Pelabuhan Taddan. Proyek belasan miliar rupiah itu dimenangkan PT Tjipta Aneka Teknik Andalan.
”Total anggaran yang sudah dipakai untuk membangun Pelabuhan Taddan lebih kurang Rp 215 miliar. Tapi, manfaat pelabuhan sampai sekarang belum tampak,” ungkap Sohebus Sulton Senin (6/11).
”Kami akan melakukan pemantauan. Dalam waktu dekat kami akan ke lokasi untuk mengontrol pembangunan,” janji dia. (Red)
