Pelihara Kemampuan Fisik Prajuti, Kodim Sumenep dan Pamekasan Laksanakan Garjas Periodik di Kodim 0827 Sumenep

Sumenep, (Transmadura.com) –
Guna memelihara kemampuan fisik Prajurit TNI-AD jajaran Korem 084/BJ termasuk di dalamnya seluruh anggota Kodim 0827 Sumenep mengikuti Kesegaran Jasmani (Garjas) Periodik Ke – 2 (kedua) Th. 2017 yang diselenggarakan oleh Jasrem 084/BJ selama dua hari berturut-turut di Lapangan Makodim Jl. Kesatrian No. 1 Kelurahan Pajagalan,  Kecamatan Kota Sumenep. Selasa  (24/10/2017).

Garjas Periodik yang diikuti AnggotaKodim 0827 Sumenep dan Kodim 0826 Pamekasan dipimpin oleh Batipers Korem 084/BJ Peltu Dedi dan Serka Zaenudi dari Jasmani Korem (Jasrem) 084/BJ beserta beberapa anggota Jasrem pagi ini, juga dihadiri oleh Kasdim 0827 Sumenep Mayor Arm Budi Susilo Wibowo, Pasiops Dim 0827 Sumenep Kapten Inf  Sarkun, Pasipers Kapten Arm Muasari, Pasintel Kodim 0826 Pamekasan Kapten Inf Darminto SH, Para Danramil serta seluruh anggota jajaran Kodim 0827 Sumenep dan Kodim 0826 Pamekasan.

“Pada kesempatan itu, Pasipers Dim 0827 Kapten Arm Muasari menjelaskan bahwa kegiatan Garjas Periodik ke dua ini diselenggarakan berdasarkan perintah Komandan Korem 084/BJ yang sekaligus merupakan Program Kerja Kodim 0827 Sumenep dibidang Pembinaan Karir (Binkar),” Jelasnya.

Pada pelaksanaan Garjas terdapat beberapa tes fisik yang harus diikuti oleh seluruh peserta diantaranya Samapta A berupa Lari sejauh 3.200 meter dengan waktu capai yang telah ditentukan sesuai kategori umur kemudian dilanjutkan dengan Samapta B seperti Pull-Up, Push-Up, Shit-Up dan Lari Sprint angka delapan. Nilai yang nantinya didapat antara Samapta A dan nilai rata-rata Samapta B akan digabungkan dan hasilnya dibagi dua.

Jika masih terdapat anggota yang nilainya dibawah ketentuan yang telah ditetapkan, maka akan berpengaruh terhadap karir anggota tersebut. Oleh karena itu, setiap prajurit dituntut untuk selalu melakukan pembinaan fisik secara perorangan disela-sela pelaksanaan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya terhadap Bangsa dan Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia (NKRI) ini.

Selanjutnya dihari kedua, Rabu (25/10/2017) akan digelar Samapta C berupa Renang Militer yang diselenggarakan di Kolam Renang WPS  Jl. Kasengan Manding.
