Ada Apa Kabag Humas DPR Sumenep Mengundurkan Diri

Sungguh mengejutkan dikabarkan
Kepala Bagian Humas dan Publikasi DPRD Sumenep, Madura, Jawa Timur Mohammad Abd Halim mengundurkan diri dari jabatan yang belum lama ini menduduki jabatan yang disandangnya saat ini.

Kabar tersebut telah terlontar di sekretariar DPRD, termasuk diinternal aparatur sipil negara (ASN) yang bertugas di gedung parlemen di Jalan Trunojoyo. “Kabarnya begitu, tapi kepastiannya kami kurang tahu,” kata salah satu Pegawai yang enggan disebutkan namanya.

Abd Halim adalah mantan Camat Pagaan, yang baru pindah menduduki jabatan sebagai Kabag Humas dan Publikasi di Sekretariat DPRD Sumenep sekitar Maret 2017.

Surat permohonan “pelepasan” jabatan itu telah dilayangkan ke Sekretariat Daerah sejak beberapa waktu lalu. Namun penyebab mengundurkan diri dari kursi panas Humas dan Publikasi Sekretariat DPRD belum diketahui.

Bupati Sumenep A Busyro Karim mengaku belum mengetahui. Hingga saat ini belum menerima surat yang dilayangkan mantan Camat Pragaan tersebut. “Belum masuk ke saya, belum tahu,” katanya saat dikonfirmasi.

Begitupula Plt Sekretaris Daerah R Idris. Dirinya secara tegas mengaku tidak tahu menahu. “Tidak tahu soal itu,” ungkapnya.

Sementara secara terpisah, Kabag Humas DPD Sumenep Mohammad Abd Halim membantah jika dirinya mengundurkan diri. “Bukan mengundurkan diri, yang benar kami mengajukan permohonan MPP (masa persiapan pensiun),” katanya.

Permohonan itu ditujukan kepada Bupati Sumenep A Busyro Karim selaku pemangku kebijakan. Karena secara adminitrasi sudah memenuhi. “Masa jabatan saya tinggal satu tahun terhitung Januari 2018 mendatang. Tapi kalau dihitung mulai tahun ini (2017) masih dua tahun,” ungkapnya.

MPP merupakan hak setiap aparatur sipil negara (ASN) yang akan memasuki masa pensiun. Pengajuan MPP bisa dilakukan, dengan syarat minimal masa pensiun yang bersangkutan tinggal 12 bulan.

Ditanya soal komintar Bupati yang mengaku tidak tahu, pihaknya mengaku tidak terlalu mempersoalkan. Termasuk alasan mengajukan MPP. “Tidak tahu, saya sebagai PNS punya hak (mengajukan MPP),” tegasnya. (Asm/irwan)
