Bentuk kekecewaan warga setempat melakukan aksi membakar sejumlah fasilitas destinasi wisata pantai bringin, Desa Banmaling, Pulau Giliraje, Kecamatan Giligenting,Sumenep, Madura, Jawa Timur, rabu 20/092017.
Aksi pembakaran dilakukan pada sekitar pukul 17.00 Wib. Itu sebagai bentuk protes atas keputusan sepihak yang dilakukan oleh Pemerintah Desa (Pemdes) Banmaleng. Sejumlah fasilitas yang dibakar seperti ayunan, penunjuk arah, dan papan nama hangus terbakar.
Tim inisiator wisata Pantai Bringin, Novi Hermawan mengatakan, aksi tersebut dilakuman karena Kepala Desa setempat tidak komitmen dengan hasil musyawarah desa yang digelar beberapa waktu lalu.
Dalam pertemuan beberapa waktu yang melibatkan tokoh agama, Tokoh masyarakat dirumah Kades Banmaleng itu belum melahirkan keputusan apapun, Namun Pemdes setempat berjanji
akan memusyawarahkan kembali ditingkat Desa.
“Temen-temen warga setempat merasa pekerjaannya tidak dihargai, ya karena sudah begitu kita bakar saja, kita yang menanam masak orang lain yang memetik hasilnya,” tandasnya.
Ketua BPD Desa setempat, A Rofik menegaskan, Pemerintah Desa jangan sampai sembarangan mengambil keputusan, lebih-lebih keputusan yang berhubungan dengan masyarakat secara langsung.
“Desa harus tetap menunggu masukan dari para tokoh, bahkan saya sudah pernah menyampaikan, sebelum ada kesepakatan jangan sampai ada kegiatan di pantai karena statusnya masih belum jelas,” ungkapnya.
Secara Terpisah, Kepala Desa Banmaling H Moh Rakib mengatakan, pantai Bringin belum legal adanya. Dengan demikian, pihaknya membantah jika aksi pembakaran disebabkan karena adanya keputusan yang terselubung yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah desa, utamanya soal pengelolaan destinasi wisata tersebut.
“Belum dirumuskan di desa, pengelolaannya belum legal,” tegasnya.
Namun, Rakib tidak mempermasalahkan adanya aksi pengrusakan itu. Sebab, fasikitas yang dirusak merupakan karya mereka sendiri. “Bukan orang lain, yang membakar, yang membongkar mereka. Jadi, itu hak mereka,” tandasnya. (Asm/irwan)
