Kasus narkoba dengan barang bukti 1 kilogram sabu-sabu di tangan pengadilan. Sidang dengan agenda pembacaan tuntutan dibacakan di Pengadilan Negeri (PN) Bangkalan. Terdakwa I Putu Supartama, 33, dan I Made Windu Sukarsa, 28, dituntut 18 tahun penjara. Rabu, 6 Agustus 2017
Kakak beradik asal Desa Gunaksa, Kecamatan Dawan, Klungkung, Bali, itu tiba di pengadilan sekitar pukul 12.00 menggunakan mobil tahanan. Kedatangan dua terdakwa kurir narkoba itu dikawal ketat oleh polisi.
Sekitar pukul 13.30, para terdakwa langsung memasuki ruang sidang. Sidang tersebut dipimpin Hakim Ketua Bawono Effendi. Dalam ruangan sidang tak banyak omongan yang keluar dari keduanya. Mereka hanya terdiam dengan tatapan kosong.
Tuntutan dibacakan jaksa penuntut umum (JPU) Dewi Ika. Jaksa menuntut keduanya dengan hukuman pidana kurungan 18 tahun. Selain itu, dituntut denda Rp 2,5 miliar subsider satu tahun. Mereka disangka dengan pasal 112 ayat 2 juncto pasal 1, 2, 3, UU 35/2009 tentang Narkotika.
Kasi Intel Kejari Bangkalan Andi Surya Perdana mengatakan, tuntutan itu sudah sesuai dengan tingkat kesalahan yang telah dilakukan kedua terdakwa. Sebab, mereka menjadi kurir barang haram narkoba jenis sabu-sabu. ”Acuan kami adalah fakta-fakta persidangan dan tingkat kesalahan kedua terdakwa,” terangnya.
I Putu Supartama dan I Made Windu Sukarsa diringkus petugas pada Selasa malam (14/2). Mereka diringkus saat mengendarai Toyota Avanza putih DK 1999 BT menuju Surabaya. Mereka dicegat di Desa Petapan, Kecamatan Labang.
Dalam penggeledahan ditemukan sepuluh kemasan plastik berisi narkoba 1 kilogram jenis sabu-sabu. Saat itu juga I Putu Supartama dan I Made Windu Sukarsa beserta barang bukti dibawa ke mapolres.
Menurut yang di langsir Radarmadura, Mereka kemudian diinterogasi asal usul barang tersebut diperoleh.
