Jumlah 89 orang positif komsumsi Narkoba yang direhabilitasi. untuk tahun 2016 ada 49 dan 40 orang tahun 2017.
Dari jumlah tersebut dari hasil data Badan Narkotika Nasional Kabupaten (BNNK) Sumenep yang telah merehabilitasi selama dua Tahun terakhir ada 89 orang positif mengkomsumsi narkoba yang telah menjalani.
“Permohonan rehabilitasi atas kesadaran mereka sendiri,” kata Kepala BNNK Sumenep Bambang Sutrisno, Rabu, 5/07/2017.
Menurutnya, mereka harus menjalani proses rehabilitasi ditempat yang telah disediakan oleh pemerintah Sumenep. Salah satunya di Puskesmas Pragaan, Puskesmas Dasuk, Puskesmas Batang-Batang, Puskesmas Arjasa, Klinik Pratama milik BNNK dan Rumah Sakit Umum Dr Moh Anwar Sumenep.
“Setiap OPD (organisasi perangkat daerah) pembantu Bupati sudah ada tempat rehabilitasi, baik wilayah utara selatan timur dan barat,” ungkapnya.
Dikatakan, selama menjalani proses rehabilitasi pasien tidak dikenakan biaya, semua pengotan untuk menyembuhkam ketergantungan pada obat terlarang itu ditanggung BNNK.
Dengan demukian, hal itu hanya berlaku bagi warga yang mengajukan, sementara bagi warga yang tertangkap basah dan ada barang bukti, seperti plastik klip kecil, timbangan, alat hisap tetap akan diproses sesuai hukum yang berlaku.
“Namun meskipun ditangkap dan saat penggeledahan tidak menemukan alat bukti, tapi saat dites urine positif bisa direhabilitasi juga. Biaya tetap ditanggung BNNK,” ungkapnya.
Oleh sebab itu, ia mengimbau warga yang telah terlajur mengkonsumsi segera melakukan permohonan rehabilitasi sebelum prilakunya terendus petugas. Pihaknya menjamin warga yang secara sadar mengajukan proses rehabilitasi tidak akan dilakukan penangkapan, dan identitasnya akan dirahasiakan.
Hal itu juga berlaku bagi orang tua yang mengetahui anaknya kecanduan narkoba. “Sesuai Pasal 28 UU Nomor 35 tahun 2009 jika dibawah umur dan orang tuanya tidak melaporkan, mereka bisa dijatuhi sanksi berupa kurungan penjara selama 6 bulan dan denda Rp1 juta,” terangnya.
Lanjutnya, Bambang menyampaika, sebagai langkah kongkrit maraknya peredaran barang haram itu sejak beberapa tahun terakhir gencar melakukan sosialisasi. Soasialisasi itu dikukan diberbagai tempat, misalnya di lembaga sekolah baik swasta maupun negeri, dan juga sosialisai menggunakan media seperti stiker yang ditempelkan ditempat umum.
