Jelang bulan Suci Ramadhan Anggota DPRD Sumenep, Jawa Timur, menghimbau pada Kepolisian untuk memperketat pengawasan pendistribusian bahan bakar minyak ( BBM). Momintum bulan suci umat islam ini, di khawatirkan dijadikan kesempatan penimbunan.

Hal ini, beberpa pekan terakhir di sejumlah SPBU di Sumenep, BBM jenis premium sering kosong. Sementara BBM jenis solar, pertalite, dan pertamax relatif normal.
”Masyarakat banyak mengeluh, katanya bensin tidak ada di SPBU. Kami belum tahu persis apa penyebabnya. Demi kenyamanan, kami harap ada pengawasan dari pihak terkait,” kata Moh.Ramsi politisi Hanura.

Menurutnya, dari 27 Kecamatan yang berpotensi terjadinya kelangkaan BBM di daerah kepulauan. Karean secara giografis kepulauan jauh dari daratan, sehingga pengawasan harus lebih dioptimalkan.

”Jika itu terjadi, dipastikan BBM akan langka dan harganya akan naik. Sementara penimbunan itu masuk pidana,” ungkapnya, Rabu 17 Mei 2017.

Sementara itu, Kapolres Sumenep Ajun Komisaris Besar Polisi H Joseph Ananta Pinora mengatakan, pengawasan terus dilakukan. Terkait kelangkaan BBM jenis premium, dirinya dalam waktu dekat akan melakukan peninjuan.
”Nanti kita cek kenapa kok bisa langka, apakah harga jualnya ada kesamaan, jika berbeda kenapa kok bisa berbeda,” katanya, Rabu, 17 Mei 2017.

Ia menerangkan, jika nanti ditemukan ada aksi penimbunan juga akan dilakukan pengecekan, apakah penimbunan itu dilakukan karena untuk meraup keuntungan atau karena ada factor lain, seperti karena cuaca ektrim sehingga pendistribusian ke daerah kepulaun tidak bisa dilakukan. ”Jika dipaksakan berbahaya kami terima alasan itu,” jelasnya.

Namun, jika ditimbun karena alasan mesin rusak atau dioplos akan ditindak. Sebab, aksi tersebut dinilai telah melanggar hukum yang mengarah kepada tindakn pidana. ”Kalau ngoplos tidak boleh, itu harus kita tangkap. Itu pidana, jangan sampai konsumen masyarakat jadi korban,” tegasnya. ( Asm/ Idi)
