Peresmian tersebut ditandai dengan pengguntingan pita yang dilakukan Bupati Busyro dengan disaksikan MH Said Abdullah, Anggota DPR RI bersama Ayu Winarti sekaligus pemilik mall de bagci, Wakil Bupati Sumenep, Ahmad Fauzi, anggota Forpimda dan sejumlah pejabat SKPD Sumenep, Madura, Jawa Timur.
Dalam sambutannya, Bupati Busyro menyampaikan, untuk mengangkat ekonomi masyarakat tidak bisa hanya terfokus pada pemerintah kabupaten saja, melainkan harus ada sumbangsih dari para investor.
“Dengan adanya mall ini menandakan bahwa Pemerintah Kabupaten berkomitmen untuk mempermudah setiap investor yang mau menanamkan modalnya di Kabupaten Sumenep,” ujarnya.
Bupati menyadari bahwa para investor akan ikut mendorong kemajuan ekonomi masyarakat Sumenep.
“Kami menyampaikan terima kasih sebesar-besarnya kepada manager dari Mall De Bagci tersebut. MH Said Abdullah pintu pertama menanamkam investasi di Sumenep dengan membangun mall tersebut. Semoga diikuti oleh investor lainnya,” ungkapnya.
Bupati berjanji akan mempermudah investor yang ingin ke Sumenep.
“Pembagunan ekonomi di Sumenep ini harus ditopang tiga hal, yakni pemerintah yang mau bekerja, Swasta yang mau berinvestasi, dan masyarakat yang mau mendukung. Tanpa investor, Sumenep akan hanya jalan di tempat,” pungkasnya.
