Transmadura.com, Sumenep – Tidak jelasnya status tanah yang berlokasi di Desa Giring, Kecamatan Manding, Sumenep, Madura, Jawa Timur membuat aparat Desa setempat angkat bicara.

Tanah Kantor Balai Penyuluh Pertanian (BPP) Kecamatan manding dengan luas kurang lebih 1 hektar  menjadi pertanyaan bagi aparat desa setempat tentang status tanah yang sampai saat ini masih berstatus Letter c.

“Tanah tersebut atas nama tanah kas desa ( percaton) dengan nomor (persil 141) yang terletak di jln raya manding, dusun gampong desa giring,” kata Moh Rusdi sekretaris Desa setempat.

Menurut Rusdi, Pajak bumi bangunan ( PBB) dalam surat SPPT masih atas nama percaton dan otomatis yang membayar tetap di tanggung desa.

“karena kalau memang itu sudah beralih status tanah dinas pertanian, kenapa yang menanggung pajak harus desa,” katanya.

Menurutnya, desa sudah membayar pajak bumi bangunan mulai tahun 1990 sampai sekarang.

“Kami minta kejelasan dengan tanah yang berdiri bangunan kantor BPP pertanian, dan desa tidak akan mengambil karna itu kepentingan umum, harusnya dinas pertanianlah yang bayar pajak,” tandasnya.

Rusdi menambahkan, pihaknya meminta kejelasan kepada dinas terkait tentang status tanah tersebut.

“Harus diperjelas ini, biar tidak menjadi beban desa,” imbuhnya.

Sementara, menurut sekretaris dinas pertanian Sumenep, Imam Suhadi menjanjikan untuk segera mengkroscek data.

“Kami takut ada tumpang tindih, nanti malah bayar semuanya,” paparnya.

Untuk itu, pihaknya menghimbau agar Desa setempat berkirim surat kapada bapak Bupati tentang permasalahan yang teradi. “Segera sampaikan surat ke Bupati ya biar cepet ada kepastian,” pungkasnya. (Asm/ hy)
