Kegiatan silaturrahim antara wartawan dan pejabat dilaksanakan setiap bulan sekali. Kali ini, giliran Dinas PU Bina Marga Sumenep. Pertemuan kedua ini, lebih semarak dan lebih membahagian wartawan dibandingkan dengan pertemuan pertama di Dinas PU Cipta Karya Sumenep.
