Pelaksanaan Tes kesegaran jasmani rutin dilaksanakan setiap 6 bulan sekali, pelaksanaan hari ke-2 dilaksanakan sama dengan yang pertama kemarin, diawali dari pengecekan tensi dan kesehatan oleh team kesehatan Kodim 0827 Sumenep dilanjutkan apel pagi pengecekan personel pada pukul 05.30 WIB dan dimulainya tes Garjas pukul 07.00 WIB.

Didit Ariyanto selaku Pajas Korem 084/BJ menyampaiakn sebelum pelaksanaan tes Garjas, kegiatan garjas sudah biasa kita laksanakan dan sudah dialami puluhan kali selama menjadi Prajurit, namun semua tidak boleh diremehkan, karena sudah banyak kejadian Prajurit meninggal saat melaksanakan Tes Kesegaran Jasmani/Garjas, karena kondisi kesehatan yang dipaksakan.

Kemudian materi tes garjas sudah tidak asing bagi kita mulai pengambilan nilai garjas A dan B, Garjas A lari 12 menig dan pada Garjas B ada perubahan aturan pada Pulap pada saat naik tidak boleh diayun, materi Sit-up badan hanya miring 45 derajat dan pada saat naik siku nempel kaki pada lutut bagian luar dan materi Satelrun menjadi satu kali putaran.
” Materi Garjas B lainnya, Push Up dan Lunges yang merupakan materi tes baru, semua dilaksanakan masing-masing 1 menit dan dilanjutkan tes ketangkasan renang 50 meter “, imbuhnya.
Kapten Arm. Muasari Pasi Personel Kodim 0827 menyampaikan saat selesai pengambilan waktu renang 50 meter, kegiatan semapta periodik I alhamdulillah sudah tuntas, selesai dengan lancar dan aman.
